02Using this site

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own business evaluation. You must not:

• use the site unlawfully or fraudulently, or in a way that harms the site or anyone using it;
• copy, republish or resell its content for commercial purposes;
• scrape, crawl or harvest it by automated means, or use its content to train machine‑learning or AI models, without our written permission;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site or to any system behind it.

We may withdraw access if you break these rules. Where we link to other websites we do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.

03Our content and brand

Everything on this site — text, design, graphics, diagrams, code and product screens — belongs to Value Allies or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. The Value Allies name and logo, and the product names Crimson, VAMiddleware, WINS and VA Commercial Platform, are our trade marks. Nothing on this site gives you a licence to use them. Other names and marks that appear here belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products.

04What this site is not

The site describes what our products do. It is marketing material, not a contractual promise.

05Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

We provide the site free of charge and as it stands. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss of profit, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, and for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability in connection with the site is limited to £100.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

06Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Statement, and what we store on your device is set out in our Cookie Policy. Anything you send us through the site, such as an enquiry, is handled as described in the Privacy Statement.

07Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top tell you which version applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

If you are in India, these terms are governed by Indian law and the courts of Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction. Otherwise they are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
